We actively support the marketing and promotion of environmentally friendly products such as Eco-Diesel and Petro-Canada Environ™ grades and take care of waste oil collection at our cardlocks.
Our newest fuel, Petro-Canada EcoDiesel is produced using renewable feedstocks through a hydrotreating process and is generally approved by most OEMs for both on-and off-road use. Petro-Canada Eco-Diesel is a low carbon intensity fuel with the following
benefits:
- It is a drop-in fuel that can be seamlessly integrated into your current diesel
engines. - It works with your existing storage and distribution infrastructure.
- It offers the same high performance as conventional diesel, but with a higher
cetane number. -
It is suitable for use in temperatures as low as -20°C in the winter and -6°C during
the summer. - It can be used year-round in temperate climates and provided seasonally in colder
climates to meet low-temperature operability needs.
ENVIRON Hydraulic Fluid S is a premium ashless environmentally acceptable lubricant that is compliant with 2013 US EPA Vessel General Permit (VGP) and Swedish Standard SS 155434, RISE SP listed.
Its carefully selected biodegradable, minimally toxic, and non-bioaccumulative chemistry makes it particularly suited for use in hydraulic systems operating in environmentally sensitive areas. ENVIRON Hydraulic Fluid S is designed for year-round use in both mobile and stationary hydraulic systems including those operating in low and high temperature extremes.

Coastal Mountain Fuels accepts used oil for collection at all of our cardlock locations. In addition, we provide free collection of empty Petro-Canada Lubricants’ containers for a cleaner environment.
